Off the clock, you will usually find me underwater rather than in a meeting room.
MSc in Economy and Management, Czech Technical University in Prague. Twenty‑five years delivering across fintech, telecoms, energy, logistics, cybersecurity, and public sector in Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia — in roles where the job was to make sure digital programmes landed, not just to design them.
I built and ran CloudSailor, a SaaS e‑commerce platform. I also spent twelve years importing and distributing certified fair‑trade products — among the first to bring them to the Czech market, when fair trade was still as much education as retail. During an engagement in Uganda, I used weekends to visit fair‑trade farmers and see the supply‑chain impact first‑hand.
I volunteer with Česko.digital, helping Czech non‑profits navigate digitalisation, and previously did international voluntary service with INEX. I am an active scuba diver and marine‑conservation volunteer, including seagrass restoration in Crete. I dive as often as I can – it is the closest I get to a zen, weightless state where the rest of the world switches off. The underwater side of all that lives at @amazedbyoceons.
Today I split my time between Prague and Manila. Most of my work happens at the point where boards and executives have committed to a digital direction and now need someone who has sat on both sides of the table — business and delivery — to make sure the programme actually delivers.
